“Winemaker Walkabout” Vineyard & Winery Tours – The 2011 Tour Season Is Complete – With harvest beginning and the last of the 2010s in the bottle, we’ve wrapped up the Winemaker Tours for this year. We Will Resume Our Tours Again in Early Spring. The “Winemaker Walkabout” tour is a beautiful, fun, and informative way to experience our vineyard, winery and way of doing things. This is a fun, relaxing way to learn a bit more about wine and socialize at the same time! Our winemaker and/or wine grower will lead a comparative tasting in your home or office. We’ll taste several Three Fox Vineyards varieties against the same varieties grown elsewhere, to the extent practical from their native region. This gives everyone a chance to taste both the common flavor elements in each variety as well as differences due to where they’re grown and how they’re made into wine. You’ll gently learn about different grape varieties and the wines they make, get your wine questions answered, and most of all have a fun time. You’ll also be able to buy Three Fox Wines at a nice discount. If you prefer, we can also do this for your group at the vineyard. March 24^th (Sat.) – 4^th Annual Kite Flight - Bring your kite and join in the fun in the skies above Three Fox Vineyards. It's our 4^th Annual Kite Flight! The vineyard always has great breezes in the Spring for kite flying and we're going to take advantage of them for some early springtime fun. We'll have prizes for the following categories: Best in Show, Most Time Aloft, Most Creative Kite, Youngest Kite Flyer, and Youngest at Heart. 1:00 – 3:00 pm. Judging begins at 3:00.

12^th Leaf Celebration! Dates To Be Announced – Celebrate with us the start of the 12^th growing season at Three Fox! Special vineyard tours and discounts on wine and merchandise! Come see the tender shoots that will become this year’s harvest.

April 7^th & 8^th (Sat. & Sun.) – Vintner’s Birthday Weekend Bash! Another year for Vintner Holli who turns “plenty-nine” and our gift to you is hourly drawings for wine discounts and prizes all weekend!

April 7^th (Sat.) - Celebrate Easter with the Three Fox Easter Egg Roll!  We put our own spin on the White House Tradition that was started by First Lady

Dolly Madison.   Since Dolly was good friends with Thomas Jefferson, we're sure she must have enjoyed Virginia Wine! So, in honor of her and the Easter season, we bring the Easter Egg Roll to the vineyard!  Join us!

There will be two rolls at 2pm and 4pm and a winner for each roll.  Any winner under 21 years old will receive a wonderful Easter Basket and 21 and over winners will get a Barrel Tasting with the Winemaker and discounts on wine purchases. There will be 24 ‘rollers’ in each round.  Pre-Registration will be accepted.  Email info@threefoxvineyards.com to register.

April 8^th – Easter Sunday! Come spend a tranquil Easter Sunday afternoon amidst the natural beauty of our vineyard and vistas.

April 21^st – Rubber Duck Race. Pick our favorite duck and watch him race down the rapids of Crooked Run. Lots of fun and prizes for the winners! The competition starts at 2:00 pm.

April 28^th – 1^st Annual Corn Hole Tournament! You’ve had a year to hone your skills, so now’s the time to show off! Get your team together and enter this double elimination tournament.

Sept. 15^th (Sat.) - Our 5^th Annual Feast of San Gennaro! Come join us as we celebrate the Patron Saint of Naples, a huge tradition in New York’s Little Italy. We’ll have “sausage & peppers” hoagies as well as artists, crafts, jewelry, and live music!

Sept 22^ND (Sat.) – It’s the 6^th Annual LUCY STOMP! Let out your Inner Lucy or Ricky! This is the original Northern Virginia Wine Country “stomp like Lucy” event. Lucy / Ricky / Fred / Ethel costume contest!

Oct. 6^th (Sat.) – 5^th Annual “Alpaca Lunch” – Here’s a fun way to celebrate Columbus Day Weekend! We’ll provide all the fixings to “pac-a” lunch and we’ll have alpacas visit for the day. You can pet the alpacas and enjoy your picnic lunch!
