Due to the postponement to Oct 1, we have had cancellations

and registration is now open again.  If you’d like to

stomp and haven’t already signed up, see below for registration information.

 

It’s time once again for the LUCY STOMP, our annual competitive grape stomp!  Two person teams jump into barrels of Sangiovese and stomp like mad for three minutes to see who produces the most juice! Believe us, it’s VERY aerobic and VERY fun!

 

IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INFORMATION IS BELOW

Due to the incredible popularity of our stomp and our

desire for the event to run as smoothly as possible, we are

requiring pre-registration for all ‘Stompers’

How Do I Register?

Once you identify your two person team, please send an email to LUCY@threefoxvineyards.com  and provide the names of the two stompers and a contact phone number.  It’s also a good idea to have a 3rd person serve as a ‘cup changer’.  This person will swap out the cups as they fill with juice from your stomping.  If you don’t have your own ‘cup changer’, no worries!  We are always able to recruit them from the crowd and we’ll make sure you have one.

 

NOTE:  All stompers must be at least 18 years old due to insurance and liability reasons. (We’ll have a separate stomping area available for kids)


We have a limited number of spots available.  We will prioritize all registrants by the datetime stamp of the email we receive.  You will receive an email back to confirm your registration.  We will post the stomping schedule at the bottom of this page.  When all spots are taken, this page will be updated to reflect that registration is closed. 

 

What Happens When All Spots Are Filled?

We will maintain a waiting list, in the event of a cancellation or no show.  You can still email us your name after Registration is closed to get on the waiting list.  Plan to come out the day of the stomp and check in, letting us know you are on the waiting list.  We do occasionally have no shows and add stompers from the waiting list. 

 

If we are not able to accommodate everyone in the competitive stomp, we don’t want anyone to miss out on the fun.  We’ll have an extra barrel available for ‘stomping for fun’.  This barrel will not be part of the competition but anyone who didn’t get a spot in the competitive stomp is welcome to jump in and stomp away! 

 

AND DON’T FORGET - We also have a Lucy / Ethel / Ricky / Fred look-alike costume contest if you feel like a less energetic competition! 

 

We’ll have live music throughout the afternoon and our outdoor and indoor tasting bars will be pouring all your favorite Three Fox wines. 

 

Stomp Festivities Get Underway (or under foot!) around 12pm and the competitive stomp begins at 2pm.  Bring a picnic and your feet and we’ll supply the grapes for stomping, the wine for drinking and a very good time!
