West Coast IPA with Pinot Gris Grape Must
Wanting to strongly portray the uniqueness of the Grape Must added IPA, we needed a name that was going to stand up to our expectations. We were Hoptimustic that we could figure something out, and Tiffany was able to meet expectations.
This beer brings all the best parts about a traditional West Coast IPA and adds a bit of sweetness from our Estate Pinot Gris grape juice. A once a year type of beer, this is a fun entree into the beer / wine hybrids that we have always dreamed about.
