About the Barrel Society

Blurring the line between beer and wine, our Barrel Society is for those who love to be in the know. When you sign up, you gain access to exclusive events, tastings, and discounts. The Barrel Society rewards you for your loyalty with increased savings on all of your favorite wine, beer, and merchandise!

Commit to a purchase of 3 bottles per quarter (or 1 case per year). These bottles are able to be picked up during our quarterly bottle Pick-Up Events, which allow members to mingle while they enjoy a complimentary wine tasting and refreshments. If you can't make it in-person, we also offer shipping at an extra cost.

Membership Perks

No membership fee!
15% discount on wine cases.
10% discount on Wine, Beer, Food & Merchandise (not applicable at time of sign up).
Free flights whenever you visit, 1 per person (up to 4 people).
Priority reservation access to all Brewery & Winery public events.
Discounted private event rentals.
You will commit to 3 bottles per membership, per quarter. You can pick your bottles up at the private Quarterly Pick-Up Event hosted by Three Fox (more info below).

What to Know About Joining

The credit card on file will be charged up to one week before each quarterly Pick-Up Event.
Wine delivery will be at the member's expense if requested and an adult of 21 years or older must sign for deliveries.
Unclaimed bottles left 6 Months or more will not be refunded. Bottles are held for one year beyond each Pick-Up Event.

Amendments to Membership Rules will be sent via Email to all active members at the time of change.
Each quarterly bottle selection will be made by Three Fox, bottle exchange requests must be made in-person.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your membership there is a $25 fee that will be charged to the card on file for membership cancellation that occurs prior to the one year anniversary of your joining date. Events and beverages reserved or contracted prior to cancellation (with an event date that falls post-cancellation) will be subject to the full charge of venue and beverage costs.
*Membership from the previous Cellars Club Program prior to June 2021 will be held to the original membership cancellation policy.

Quarterly Pick up

We host seasonal gatherings for our members to pick up their quarterly allotment of bottles. These events feature tastings with our Craft Master, as well as lite bites and seasonal refreshments. At these events you will also receive exclusive access to new, unreleased varietals.
