Saison
A talkative companion is someone that you take wherever you go (to a winery, to a brewery, or even to take out the trash) that improves your day. This Saison embodies that concept by having a traditional clean Saison brewed with a healthy "talkative" amount of our Seyval Blanc juice.
Our first wine / beer hybrid! Floral with lemon zest on the nose, lemon, lime, and an herbal / white wine quality. Brewed with more than 25 gallons of our Seyval Blanc wine juice pressed at 21 brix.
